UIC CHRONIC MEDICATION SERVICE 

 

Chronic medication service from united insurance meant to make it easy for our clients to have their monthly supply, considering the lack of medication in the market and the huge effort to get them. 
 
Just register by send us chronic medication booklets and prescriptions It will be sent to one of our partner pharmacies to arrange for the delivery of the medications to an agreed upon venue.

 

 WE CARE 

The company's call center receives member’s requests and responds to their inquiries daily, 7 days a week. All calls handled under the supervision of doctors and pharmacists.

The calls received to the call center are recorded in order to follow up the performance of the call center to insure quality for the service provided to customers.

Complaints - if any in the event of any complaint regarding the service provided, the customer can submit his complaint, either by E-mail to complaints@unitedinsurance.ws or via call center 2980
