Position Title: Marketing Manager
Reports to: S. Marketing Manager
Job Summary and Objectives
1. Developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for an entire organization
2. Contributes to marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking changes, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition
3. Conduct demographic surveys to identify target market for products/services
4. Prepare and present a realizable and detailed budget to executives for approval
5. Supervise the activities of assistant marketing managers and other marketing employees to ensure efficient and productive work operation
6. Oversee the design and publishing of advert materials
7. Utilize social media platforms to promote and publicize products in order to reach a target market
8. Contact media agencies to subscribe to advertising spaces on television, radio, and print publications
9. Maintains relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer-relations programs and determining company
Minimum Requirements and Skillsets
1. Bachelor’s degree – ideal Marketing field
2. MBA or Specialized courses in field (would be highly viewed)
3. 7+ Years of experience in Marketing
4. 5 years at least of Corporate experience in Marketing
5. Understanding and analysis of market trends
6. Capable of planning, recruiting and building department
7. Experience with Brand manual and corporate image development
8. Experience with creating a marketing campaign, marketing strategy, and marketing plan.
9. Experience with online marketing, including social media, and content market
