Position Title: Quality Assurance Specialist
Reports to: Investment & Business Excellence

Job Summary and Objectives
1. Interpret, build upon, and comply with company quality assurance standards
2. Carefully maintain complaint and non-conformance processing through records and tracking systems, including root cause and corrective actions
3. Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits
4. Develop new standards for production and design, with improvements as needed, and create testing protocols for implementation across all service lines
5. Identify training needs and take action to ensure company-wide compliance
6. Pursue continuing education on new solutions, technology, and skills
7. The quality assurance specialist's responsibilities include developing and implementing quality assurance policies, conducting tests and inspections, identifying production, process, or product issues, and presenting solutions.
8. To be successful as a quality assurance specialist this should be incredibly thorough and able to help the company maintain the highest quality standards.
Minimum Requirements and Skillsets
1. Bachelor’s degree
2. 3 years’ experience
3. Professional certification preferred, such as Six Sigma, Quality Engineer, or Quality Auditor
4. Superb computer competence, including database management
5. Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools
6. Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
7. Demonstrated knowledge of testing best practices, version control practices and defect management practice
